Evie's Incredible Edibles

Evie Garnet has agreed to share her favorite recipes with you.  

As a recipient of her gourmet cooking and delectable dishes, I can assure you that you will enjoy each and every recipe that Evie releases.   

Cheesecake Brownies

Bowl one

 1.5 cups of flour

1.5 cups white sugar

2/3 cup of melted butter

2/3 cup dry cocoa

2 eggs, room temperature

1/2 cup of milk

2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp baking powder

Bowl two

1 8oz room temperature cream cheese

2 tsp of melted butter

1 tsp cornstarch

1-14oz tin sweetened condensed milk

1 egg at room temperature

1 tsp of vanilla

Beat all of the ingredients in Bowl 1 together and pour into a 9*13*2 greased Pyrex. 

Beat all the ingredients in bowl 2 and pour on top of cocoa mixture in Pyrex from bowl 1.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
