This is a 51 hour course covering all
aspects of the home inspection profession from furnaces to liability. It
provides a "jump start" for those wishing to enter the home inspection
field. It is preparation to take certification tests and a great
way to refresh your knowledge and approach in doing home inspections.
This course has been approved by NACHI
for Membership Renewal Credits (MRC'S)

Future Video "Whole House Inspection" Code of Ethics:
Industry Standards: Business liability
Day 2 -
Roof, Attic, Heating and Cooling.
Day 3 -
Exterior, Plumbing, Interior.
Day 4 -
When to call an engineer. Marketing and report writing, Business Budget.
Day 5 -
Basement, Crawlspace, Slab, Grounds and Appurtenances. Electrical.
Day 6 -
A whole house inspection, and inspection review.
